A native of Pawley’s Island, South Carolina, Anne Rasheed graduated from Appalachian State University with a major in Real Estate. She currently resides in the Boone/Blowing Rock area where she is a broker with Blowing Rock Investment Properties. Anne was selected as the 2003 “Educator of the Year” by the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association. She currently travels throughout Central and Western North Carolina teaching NC real estate education for Broker Pre-Licensing, Exam Prep Cram Courses, and Continuing Education Courses for the J.Y. Monk Real Estate School and the Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate. Her students love her humorous classroom presentations using real life examples drawn from her real estate experience.
